Greetings from Bard Baltimore!
Welcome to our website. Here, you’ll get a glimpse of the people, programs, courses, and clubs that make our school a special place. At Bard High School Early College Baltimore, our students get an early start on college in eleventh and twelfth grades. They can earn 60 college credits or more, tuition free, and an Associate in Arts degree along with their high school diplomas in four years.
Our school opened in 2015, and we have been guided by a strong social justice mission from the very start. Our classrooms and curriculum move the voices and experiences of communities of color from the margins to the center. In our policies and practices, we emphasize student voice, civic engagement, and the free exchange of ideas. We cultivate a respect for diversity of all kinds. Most of all, we strive to be an intellectual community where our students feel comfortable being themselves and expressing their opinions.
